this moment

Joining Soulemama, and many others, in this moment

In Amanda's words: "A Friday ritual. A single photo - no words - capturing a moment from the week. A simple, special, extraordinary moment. A moment I want to pause, savor and remember."

Please link to your moment too -- I love to see what you are enjoying this week!

Wishing you a weekend full of grace and goodness!

goodness

Bike Riding and swimming and playgrounds and flip flops and cousins and dribbling and picture taking and real whipped cream and index card art and iced coffee...

Our summer weekend was full of endless goodness.

Oh, and full of Instagram too!

Saturday Evening Post

There can be magic as dusk settles on a summer day.

Kids -- and adults -- running and running and running to play capture the flag.

You run so hard you are out of breath and fall flat out onto the lawn, thick grass cushioning you.

The wide sky obscured only by the tree leaves high above.

Laughing with a joy so deep it can almost make you cry.
